I design, make and hand finish these coasters with care and love. They make a beautiful addition to any coffee table and are ideal for gifting.

I use a laser to engrave and cut my original designs onto wood. This gives a highly detailed, intricate finish that wonderfully captures the character and charm of my illustrations.

Once engraved I clean, condition, and sand the wood by hand.

I make the coasters with premium quality Cherry wood which has a central, wood composite core. This wood engraves beautifully. It has a strong and stable surface and is sustainably sourced, making it ideal for the eco-conscious.

I apply 3 layers of extra tough, gloss varnish to the top face of each coaster. This protects the wood and leaves it with a practical, wipeable surface ready for use.

I then hand make a wooden coaster holder to complete your set. This is also made from sustainably sourced wood. I apply a dark oak stain to this wood before sealing it with varnish. This adds a rich, dark brown colour to the wooden holder which complements the coasters.
