Battleaxe Earrings

These stunning axe earrings are a one-of-a-kind showstopper that bring fantasy warrior charm to the modern aesthetic.

I make these earrings myself with care and love. Every element has been carefully and thoughtfully designed.

I engrave and cut the axe handle from sustainably sourced cherry wood and form the blade using my own 3D printed designs.

I then hand paint the blade with silver gilding enamel for a lustrous, metallic shine.
I also add silver gild accents to the handle piece for an extra pop of drama. This elevates the design and catches the light in a pleasing way as it dangles from the ear.

I then set the blade to the handle with resin and apply resin layers over the gilding. This both protects the paintwork and makes the silver gilding pop with texture and shine.

I attach high-quality, silver plated ear hooks to the top of each axe. These are lead and nickel free to reduce irritation in those with sensitive skin.  And, as these wood and resin axes are so lightweight, they dangle comfortably from the ear with ease.
