To make these special engravings I digitize your image or scan using a combination of digital hand drawing and careful computer processing. I can digitally trace over your text, ignoring unwanted features and highlighting important details. My conscientious, hands-on approach allows me to capture your writing as accurately as possible, with more accuracy than is possible with just digital processing alone.

I use a laser to make and engrave your ornament. This can be cut into your choice of 3 different shapes to allow for different personal tastes and styles. Each shape looks striking when cut from the wood and nicely frames your writing.

To ensure that you get the best result possible I may slightly alter the position of the words so that they fit nicely within your chosen shape. Your hand writing will otherwise remain unchanged so that you retain an instantly recognisable result.
